Inter Class Management Fest Ignitia Knoceania

This year, the Ignitia 2019 fest was organized on Nov 14th and 15th. The theme for the fest was Knoceania which signifies the voyage of knowledge.

The Inaugral started with welcoming the Chief Guest Dr.Pradeep Kumar Shinde –Principal and Prof.Aisha Banu-Head of Department and Dr.Aruna Rani-Faculty Coordinator Kaizen. Once the guest were seated Scripture reading was done by Students of III Sem Students.Quran reading by Irfan Pasha,Bible Reading by Asywin,Sholaks by Mardini. Lamp lighting was done by the dignitaries and the faculty members After which the Badge Ceremony took place where the Badge Pinning Cermony was done by Mr.Visveswar Sastry and Mrs.Reshma Sibichan to President-Prof .Aisha Banu and Vice President-Dr.Aruna Rani and all the members of Kaizen Group.All the members as well as the Board of Directors signed the book.later, President read the oath which all the members recited and promised to abide by the rules.Lastly vote of thanks was rendered by Mardini and events started.

Students actively participated in all the events and presented their work. The fest was executed with a total of 6 events planned and organized at its best of quality. Focusing on the types of events to include in the fest was decided by the complete Kaizen Club keeping the interest and need of the students into consideration.

The events were Best Manager, Business Quiz, Finance && Mock stock, Entrepreneur – Marketing – Product launch, Human resources and Treasure Hunt were planned, executed and managed well.
