An accomplished professional in the Learning and Development domain with two decades of expertise, she has forged a distinguished reputation in the realms of Training, Development, and Coaching. Her proficiency encompasses Instructional Designing and Content Development, with a concentrated focus on Behavioural Skills, Soft Skills, English Grammar, Sales, and Life Skills.
Acclaimed for her exceptional ability to foster strong rapport with learners, she has effectively trained over 100,000 individuals, delivering transformative sessions that have catalyzed significant personal and professional growth. Her training engagements span prestigious institutions such as IIT Roorkee, Thapar University, Christ University, RVS Group of Institutions, Pearl Academy, Don Bosco Group of Institutions, Singhad College of Engineering, and numerous esteemed colleges nationwide.
Holding an M.A. and M.Phil in English Literature, she is set to be honored by The Indian Society of Training and Development, New Delhi with a certification, further recognizing her expertise and contributions to the field of L&D.

  • South Indian Women Achiever’s Award for Academics (2019): This Award recognizes her lifelong commitment to learning and academic excellence. Her dedication to acquiring knowledge and her exceptional performance have earned her accolades and admiration.
  • Gold Medalist in B.A. (English Literature): Secured the University First Rank and was felicitated with a Gold Medal by Her Excellency Ms. Fatima Beevi, Governor of Tamil Nadu, in the year 2000.”
  • Gold Medalist in M.A. (English): Secured University 1st Rank and and was felicitated with a Gold Medal from His Excellency Rama Rao, Governor of Tamil Nadu in the year 2004.
