Associate Professor of Finance & Analytics
Dr. Swetha Appaji Parivara, Associate Professor in the PG Department of Commerce, Presidency College (Autonomous), Bengaluru. She has an experience over 17 years in academics at different institutions of esteemed universities namely Mangalore University, Mumbai University, Bengaluru City University and also at Autonomous Institutions in Bengaluru. She is a Certified Data Science professional specialized in Python and R programming and Tableau. Dr. Swetha has presented and published research papers at National & International Conferences and in peer reviewed and UGC approved Scopus journals. She is a Freelance Data Science professional and Corporate Trainer. She has trained Python and Tableau Trainees and Tata Elexsi’s first line and middle level managers on “Money Management –Working Capital & Capital Expenditure” as a part of Training programme “Finance for Non-Finance Executives”. Her area of interest is Finance, Accounting, Computer Application, Data Science, and Research. Her personal interest is also in Tourism and Hospitality Management and enjoys her free time with family and exploring new places.
