Dr Nidhi Shukla is a people-oriented professional with 19+ years of experience in Academics and Human Resource functions working with FMCG, Telecom and Healthcare sectors. A Doctoral in Management Studies, MBA in HR & Marketing and a Certified Corporate Trainer -ISTD (Indian Society of Training and Development). Extensive experience in content development, strategizing, scheduling, analysis and delivery of training/workshops. She is currently associated with Presidency Business School at Presidency College, Bangalore. Her current teaching and research interests are Sustainable employability of MBA Graduates, Advanced Human Resource Management, Talent Management, Competency Management, Performance Management, Organization Behaviour, Business Communication & General Management. She has presented and published her work in Web of science/ Scopus indexed journals.
