Ms. Usha Srikanth is an Assistant Professor of English, currently teaching undergraduate students. She is also pursuing PhD. With extensive experience in teaching English Literature and Language to various age groups, she has a deep passion for creative writing alongside her research activities.
Ms. Srikanth has edited a book on business strategies titled The Reputation Builder. Her literary works, including poems and short stories, have been published in both online and offline journals and magazines. Notable forums featuring her work include Antargata, an anthology of poems by Bangalore Poetry Circles, and Word Weavers.

• One book chapter published with IIPR ‘Research Trends in Language, Literature and Linguistics Volume 3, Book 6’
• Published a paper entitled ‘ Gauri – The epitome of grit and determination’ in International Journal of Humanities and Social Science Invention.
