Neethu Mary Abraham is presently working as an Assistant Professor at Presidency College, Department of Languages. She is perusing her PhD from Presidency University. Her areas of interest include cultural studies, gender and popular fiction. She has presented papers on various topics ranging from Consensual Dominance: The Lethal Combination of Religion and Hegemony at the Women and Wellness Convention at Reva University, Impact of Representing Same-Sex Relationship on Screen with reference to Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan and Geeli Puchi at the Young Researcher’s Conference conducted by Presidency University
