Assistant Professor of Psychology
Ramani Balu is an organizational psychologist, having completed UGC (NET) is currently working as an Assistant Professor in Psychology in the department of Humanities, Presidency college.She has fifteen years of work experience put together, in teaching and corporate training. She Graduated from Mount Carmel College and pursued M.Sc. M.Phil. in Psychology from Bangalore University and is currently pursuing Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior.
Her current research is in Organizational Psychology, Stress management and consumer behavior.
She is a certified corporate trainer, international student counselor, art therapy, Neuro- Linguistic practitioner and life skill employee coach.
She has conducted number of training programs to corporates and educational institution as a Founder and Chairperson of a startup company -“ Lumiere India”
She visits companies as an industrial advisor and educational institutions as an industrial expert.
