Mr. Sekar, an Economics Graduate and an MBA in Human Resource Management, has around 4 decades of experience in Human Resources Management at very senior levels in Information Technology Industry in India, USA, Singapore and Hong Kong. His career has been with some of the best IT MNCs. In addition, he has 12 years of teaching experience.

Mr. Sekar has been a frequent speaker in Global HR Summits (organized by World Wide Employee Relocation Council, USA). He spoke at their summits in Shanghai, Hong Kong, Singapore, and London on topics related to Indian HR.

His vast experience includes 3 years in USA as Vice President-HR in a Software Consulting firm, based in New York; one year in HP-Hong Kong and one year in IBM-Singapore.
