Sendhil Kumar is presently working as an Assistant Professor at Presidency Business School, Bengaluru, India. He is serving as IIC Convener for presidency college. He currently enrolled in “Certificate Programme in Leadership and Change Management in IIM Indore”. He completed his Ph.D. degree in Management from Bharathiar University, Tamil Nadu, India. He Completed MBA from Anna University Chennai and MSc (Psy) from Annamalai University. His current research interests are Organizational Behaviour, Startups, small business management, and artificial intelligence in management fields. He has authored more than 20 research articles, and 2 proceedings presented at various professional conferences and venues. He has received two funding supports from the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR, New Delhi). He has been serving as an Reviewer for two journals, one from IGI Publisher and the other from Sage Publications. He has more than 20+ years of experience in Industry and Academics.

• Served a Session Technical Chair on 20th and 21st of March for the International conference titled “Two days International Conference “Management, Technology & Entrepreneurial Challenges in Dynamic Business Environment – MTEC 2024” at Acharya Institute of Technology, Bengaluru.
• Served as resource person for Seven Day FDP on Pedagogical Tools on Feb 16, 2024, organized by Department of Management, Kristu Jayanti College (Autonomous), Bengaluru, on the topic “NLP Techniques for Students Evaluation.”
• Served as Keynote speaker for the International Seminar on “Research Innovations and Transformations of Digital Education” on 2nd March 2024 at Swami Dayananda College of Arts & Science, Manjakkudi, Tamil Nadu.

• As a IIC convener organized more that 10 programs from August 2023 to July 2024 with in connection Entrepreneurial Eco system.
• As a Co-Convener for ICSSR sponsored Two-day National Seminar on “Corporate Sustainability Greenwash and Its Impact on Environment Society and Governance (CSG-ESG 2024)” on 28th 29th February 2024 at Presidency College, Bengaluru.
• As a Co-convener for ICSSR sponsored Two-day National Seminar on “India’s $5 Trillion Economy: The Vision, Challenges and Roadmap (5TE)” on 24th and 25th January 2024 at Presidency College, Bengaluru.
