Ishani Gazala is presently working as an Assistant Professor at Presidency College, Bengaluru, India. She has completed MBA from Bangalore University & M.Com from Bengaluru North University. She is pursuing her PhD. in Management from University of Mysore. She has published 6 research articles in various UGC care listed, peer reviewed journals & Scopus. She has participated in 10 international conferences. Her interest area of research is in Human Resource.
